Eliminating hard water with water purifiers

Ever noticed a white ring of powder that is left behind after you boil water taken directly taken from the tap. That’s calcification or scaling, caused by precipitation of metals or minerals in water. Generally, water that has excess minerals or metals is known as hard water. And in India we often find our source of drinking water is hard. And a good water filtration system can eliminate or reduce this excess. Hard water is not particularly harmful and does not affect human health. However, due to a number of factors, often there is an excess of chemicals, metals or minerals, such as lead, fluoride or arsenic that can be extremely detrimental to health.

water purifiers especially an RO (Reverse Osmosis), is particularly efficient in eliminating harmful chemicals and nitrates. RO removes total dissolved solids present in drinking water using a nano-filtration process and numerous filtration stages. It can almost completely remove various contaminants such as rough particles, sand, rust, chlorine and chemicals and basically most dissolved solids larger than the water molecule itself.

Every home needs a good water purification system to ensure clean and safe drinking water. Without which we are exposed to numerous life-threatening water-borne diseases. Using a water purifier at home, such as Eureka Forbes, which is India’s largest selling and most trusted water purifiers, is the simplest and most cost effective way to protect ourselves and our families.
